Girl's Art Group
Did someone say glitter?
At our Girls Group, we believe in the power of creativity, play, dance, and a little “good juju.” Sometimes traditional 1:1 therapy doesn’t feel like the safest or most comfortable option, and that’s okay. Ms. Em understands that for many kids, a group setting can feel more approachable, welcoming, and fun.
This group is for girls ages 7 to 12.
Mission
This Girls Group was designed to offer a balance of light, “non-traditional therapy” while tapping into the magic of art, movement, yoga, and play. As both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a registered yoga teacher, Ms. Em blends her passions to create an empowering, team-building space where girls can connect, express themselves, and grow- all while having a blast.
Vision
Whether it’s through sharing stories, trying a new yoga pose, or getting a little messy with paint and glitter, Girls Group is about more than just activities — it’s about building confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging. Every girl leaves not only with something she’s created, but with the reminder that she is strong, capable, and wonderfully unique.
