The Kids SUP Wellness Workshops are a unique collaboration between Generazzo Therapy and SUP East Coast Style, designed to help children build confidence, emotional awareness, and connection through movement and nature.
Led by Mrs. Emily Generazzo, LMHC, and Coach Leah Goodman, with Coach Cristos, these workshops combine paddleboarding, mindfulness, creativity, and team connection in a supportive outdoor environment.
