Wellness Coaching services focus on personal development, emotional wellbeing, and life enhancement, and do not constitute mental health diagnosis or treatment. Not Your Average Mermaid LLC adheres to HIPAA standards for privacy and confidentiality, although as a coaching practice, it is not governed by Florida’s clinical therapy licensure laws. For clinical mental health services, please consult a licensed mental health provider. Please note: These sessions are provided under the scope of Wellness Coaching through Not Your Average Mermaid LLC. They are not considered or billed as clinical therapy and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
