Generazzo Therapy × SUP East Coast Style
The Kids SUP Wellness Workshops are a unique collaboration between Generazzo Therapy and SUP East Coast Style, designed to help children build confidence, emotional awareness, and connection through movement and nature.
Led by Mrs. Emily Generazzo, LMHC, and Coach Leah Goodman, with Coach Christos Douroudis, these workshops combine paddleboarding, mindfulness, creativity, and team connection in a supportive outdoor environment.
Our goal is simple: help kids discover their inner strength while having fun on the water.
Through paddleboard instruction, playful wellness activities, and guided moments of reflection, children learn skills that support both their emotional well-being and physical confidence.
